I'm Chris, and my journey in the construction industry has been a progressive evolution: I started as a consultant (2014-2018), advising on projects in structural, geotechnical, environmental, and building envelope fields; moved into hands-on project execution as a contractor (2018-2019); earned my MBA while guiding peers back to in-person learning during the pandemic (2020-2021); served as an Owner Representative (2022-2024); and now, working as a project manager for MNP (2024-Present), where I directly lead construction projects that shape our real estate portfolio.
